Addressing Duplicate Contacts in New Hire Signals

Signals for new hires: pulls tons of duplicates, even one right after the other. About 40-45% of contacts found are duplicates. Dedupe on linkedin profile works but just means I'm paying for double credits.

no - this is a bug. These are signals coming in quickly so lookup columns would not catch that a previous one existed. Also that's not even possible since lookup columns can only run on existing columns and I can't set signals to run lookups until a duplicate is already populated. Log this as a bug.
