Help Needed: Accidentally Deleted Columns, Seeking Restore Options

I accidently deleted a bunch of columns! like 1 min ago - how can I undo can you restore the columns for me they would be as of 12:54CT

    Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to recover deleted columns. Once a column is deleted, it can't be restored to its previous state. You'll need to re-create the columns and re-fetch the data from its providers. To delete a column in the future: 1. Click on the column you want to delete. 2. Select 'Delete' from the dropdown menu. 3. Confirm your changes. If you need further assistance, please request human help by clicking on "Talk to a person" in this chat.
