Login Issues with Clay: Are Others Experiencing Problems?

Is anyone else unable to login to their account? This hasn’t happened in four years of using Clay.

I tried that (logging out, clearing cache, and logging back in). Seems like there’s a 500 error.

Brian S. — fixed! The issue would’ve only have only impacted 5 - 10 workspaces. tl;dr — your workspace is so old, it had a feature flag that caused it to break that hasn’t been in use in almost 4 years 🙂 Thanks for letting us know!

Also… I feel like it’s worth pointing out that Eric E. said “looking into this” at 11:45 AM and then “fixed” six minutes later… #typicalbadassery
