Guidance on Maximum Table Size for Stable Usage and Filtering Issues

Wondering if folks have guidance around maximum size of table for stable usage? I have a table with almost 5000 companies, and like 5 enrichments (with web scrapping and openai text gen) and some formulas added. The big issue I'm running into is the following:

I've run the Google "Find Open Jobs" on the list
2.
When I filter on that column for "has results" I get 1058 entries
3.
When I filter on that column for "has no results" I get 951 results.
4.
When I scroll around I don't see only entries that have results or don't, like shown in the attached photo

Has anyone run into this?
