Hi ruann, thank you for reaching out. Thank you for reaching out. Could you please clarify the issue you're experiencing? This table with 4 rows doesn’t appear to have consumed 500 credits, but I’d be happy to help you understand what might be going on.
Hi Stefano, ok can you please look into why it only ran 4 rows if there are 31 rows and how many credits were consumed. I tried importing the csv several times and even ended up deleting the table and recreating it.
Hello! Jumping in for Stefano here! I can see this is your current credit spend on this table. It is because of the use ai, find work email and validate work email enrichments. You might not see it in th current table since these rows are hidden. Any credit spend in the last 24 hours will not be visible since the system takes time to update. Once that updates we can look into it.
The first issue I want to mention here is you mentioned why the table ran 4 rows when there are 31 rows in total. Do you mean to say the csv you were trying to import had 31 rows and it only imported 4? Were these rows deleted accidentally by any chance? Additional context would help me assist you in the best possible way.
I would suggest the following next step: Try to just import the csv into a different table and do not setup any enrichments. I want to make sure the import is not an issue before we look into the credit spend.
Hope this makes sense!
