Hey there Petra thank you for your patience, the recent issues with the Intellizence integration is due to some Rate issues we have had with the provider , however there are plans to implement a solution for this soon, however there is no current ETA at the moment.
We haven't heard back from you in a bit, so we're going to go ahead and close things out here - feel free to let us know if you still need something!
