Thanks for the reply! We detected a couple of signups associated to your account. Could you verify which email is supposed to be your main account? This is the email we'll be able to keep unlocked. Any other sign ups or new accounts created will lead to your email being locked again.

Got it. If it's working in an incognito window, there may be a browser setting that's preventing you from logging in. Could you check if you have any extensions enabled and temporarily disable any that are currently active?
