Troubleshooting Table Cell Update Issues in Data Management

·
·

I'm having a problem in 2 different tables where I try to re-run several cells and the spinner at the to of the column runs making it look like it's updating, but the cells do not run. I've tried re-running the whole row, force running the whole column, and the cells will not update.

There could be a few reasons why your cells aren't updating: 1. Loading delays: Larger tables can take longer to update, causing empty spaces or delays. 2. Multiple changes or interrupted runs: If columns were changed multiple times or runs were stopped midway, it can cause issues. 3. Performance considerations: Large tables or complex workflows can lead to latency issues. To resolve this, try: 1. Using the "Force Run All Rows" option: Right-click the column, hover over "Run Column," and select "Force Run All Rows." 2. Creating a new column: Duplicate the affected column and run it on the rows that aren't updating. 3. Performing a hard refresh: On Mac, use Command (⌘) + Shift + R; on Windows, use Ctrl + Shift + R. If these steps don't work, you may need to request human assistance for further troubleshooting.

One of the tables is large, but the other one only has 3 rows. I don't think that's it.

There could be a few reasons why your cells aren't updating, even in a small table. Here are some steps to try: 1. Force Run All Rows: Right-click the column, hover over "Run Column," and select "Force Run All Rows." 2. Check for "waiting for its inputs": Double-click a row to see if it shows "waiting for its inputs." If so, click "re-run this cell." 3. Toggle Auto-update: Turn off and then on again the auto-update feature, accepting the run prompt to update all rows. 4. Recreate the column: If the above steps don't work, try deleting the affected column, creating a fresh one, and re-mapping your data. If these steps don't resolve the issue, you may need to request human assistance for further troubleshooting.

https://app.clay.com/workspaces/2801/tables/t_gJVszP4eotBm/views/gv_caF5v5i3ghGX The lookup multiple rows cell in row #2 should be pulling the values from row 4008 in table - https://app.clay.com/workspaces/2801/tables/t_RdxvcFdDoZQ7/views/gv_Ckfc2DGoKj4s but it isn't bringing in the latest info from the source table.

Yeah, that issue could be it as long as lookup rows is considered an enrichment.
