If you're not receiving a password reset email, it's possible you're set up to sign in using Google Authentication. Try logging in via Google instead.
If you used a password to log in previously:
1. Log out of Clay
2. Click "forgot password" on the login page
3. Check your spam or junk folder for the reset email
4. Ensure your email address is entered correctly
If you still can't access your account or want to switch from Google Auth to username/password, you'll need to request human assistance. Click on "Talk to a person" for further help.
It looks like your account was originally connected with a Google instead of password, which caused the issue. You should now be able to reset your password and receive the reset email.
