Issues with Data Transfer Between Clay Tables via Webhook

We are noticing issues sending with sending data from one clay table to other clay table. Its happening very random. Here is the sample workbook template i tried, Just clone it and try sending data using webhook. Out of the blue it won't send data from table1 to table-2 even though it says Sent.
