Bugs Reporting: Issues with Import Jobs Feature and Scheduling Limits

Hi team, a few bugs to report re the import jobs feature;

  • Scheduling no longer works for me, my throttle limit seems to be down to 1 schedule, as soon as I try the scheduler I get a throttle message, was working fine up to a week ago and apparently the limit for my account should be 100 schedules

  • "Find jobs search failed. Limit must be greater than or equal to the number of existing records" appears on import jobs modal, irrespective of whether the limit in the query is larger or smaller than the existing number of records

  • Every time I edit a job search query, the next time I open that query it has auto-selected to only look for jobs at the companies in the current table and to exclude jobs from the current table -> meaning no jobs to be found

  • Seeing "Source was not created properly, please check that your plan allows additional sources" when trying to modify an existing source vs add a new one

    Hey Barnaby, Thanks for flagging these! Let's break them down: Scheduling limit issue - Can you send me all your current active sources and in the table where you last seen this error? "Find jobs search failed" error - Just to clarify, was your previous search set to 1000 records and now you're trying with a smaller number like 10? Or are you trying a larger import (e.g., 1010)? Let me know so we can reproduce it. Job search auto-selecting companies from the current table - Could you record a Loom showing how it resets when you reopen the query? That'll help the team diagnose it faster. "Source was not created properly" error - What kind of sources are you modifying? Are you seeing this when adjusting an existing source, or is it only happening when adding new ones? Let me know, and we'll get that fixed.
