How to Opt-Out of Bitscale.ai Messages in Support Channels

Not sure where to post this. But whenever I have a question in support channel. I get messages from Bitscale.ai team. They send LinkedIn dms as well. is there a way to opt out of this?

Totally understand. Think it's just one person creating multiple accounts and messaging everywhere. I'll just ignore moving forward.
