Lost 1000-Word Prompt: Request for Assistance with Frustrating Issue

i wrote a 1000 words long prompt. save it (not save as a template). And now, when I open it again, there is only 5-sentence prompt only. It is so frustrating. I've spent hours writing the steps and formating the output in JSON format in the prompt. Now suddenly, there is nothing. Clay S. can you pls help? This happened a lot of times.
