Clay is working super slow for me for last 2 weeks..I have reported it multiple times but in vain... It took more than a minute to run a simple formula ⬇️
We're sorry to hear you're experiencing slow performance. This can happen when there are large tables or complex workflows in your workbook. Here are some steps to try: 1. Perform a hard refresh: • On Mac: Command (⌘) + Shift + R (Chrome/Firefox) or Option (⌥) + Command (⌘) + E (Safari) • On Windows: Ctrl + F5 or Ctrl + Shift + R 2. Check your workbook: • Are there large tables? • Are multiple actions running simultaneously? • Are tables linked together? These factors can cause latency issues, where cell data takes longer to load. If the problem persists after trying these steps, please request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person" for further investigation of your specific workbook.
Hi Aniruddh, thanks for your message. Do you mind sending the link (url) to the table so we can take a look?
It looks like you may have deleted some of the input columns you used to run the formula above, are you still experiencing the slowness around running the merge column action in your configuration? Since the column was deleted I was not able to replicate the same issue you reported on my end.
Bro I am facing clay slowdown from last 3 weeks...

Very sorry Aniruddh - the initial slowdown you reported was related to a performance issue our engineering team identified and has since resolved. At the moment, I’m unable to reproduce the same behavior on my end—but if you can share the specific action that’s still causing slowdowns, I’ll pass it along to our engineering team so they can investigate further.
Everything is down if you ask me
Just check all the recording that I have shared with the team
My plan is expiring tomorrow
I have not used it at its even half of the potential
I am on Pro plan!

Sorry to hear about your experience, Aniruddh. We'd be happy to roll over any unused credits into your current billing cycle, and we’ll escalate the broader slowdown to our engineering team for further investigation. Reliability is a top priority for us, and we're actively working to improve the overall speed and performance of the product. Thanks so much for your patience as we work on this!
