Issues Logging into Clay Account on Different Computers

Hi Clay Team- does it make any sense that I can log in to my clay account on my personal mac computer in chrome but clay does not accept my credentials on a different work computer in chrome??? the account is kastleclaymaker@gmail.com that is unable to log in on my work computer.

This login discrepancy could be happening because you might be using different authentication methods across your computers. On your personal Mac, you may be logged in through: 1. Password authentication 2. Google sign-in 3. SSO (Single Sign-On) To resolve this, try these steps on your work computer: 1. First, log out completely from Clay 2. When logging back in, make sure you're using the same authentication method as your personal computer 3. If you're using password authentication and can't remember it, use the "forgot password" option on the login screen to reset it via email If you continue having issues, you may need to request human support as this could be related to your specific account configuration or workplace security settings.

i have a couple of clay.com accounts and I am able to log in to one of them- adam.goodman@kastle.com but not the other mentioned above. pls advise asap. thank you.

hello clay team- i added my work email to my clay workspace hoping this might enable me to log in from my work computer. It did not help. Really need support on this issue. If you’re logged into Google on both accounts, we might be able to switch your login to a Google login. This way, you’d only need to be signed into your Google account to access your Clay account. Let me know if this works for you!

Hi Adam, you should be able to access the account kastleclaymaker@gmail.com through Google sign-in. I will change this to a username and password log in so you can try accessing in this way.

Now, on both your computers, you can access the account associated with kastleclaymaker@gmail.com through the username password log in.
