I think I found a bug. If account goes over limit and they have carryover credit somehow the zapier integration with Clay fails to identify it and says Credit Limit Reached inside the Zapier app when it sends something to clay to process.
This appears to be related to how our credit rollover system works. While accounts can accumulate and roll over unused credits up to 2x the plan's credit limit, there may be an issue with how the Zapier integration is interpreting the available credits. To help troubleshoot this, please verify: 1. Your API key is correctly configured in the Zapier integration 2. Your current credit balance in Clay 3. The specific table and workspace settings in your Zapier action If you continue experiencing this issue after verifying these items, please request human support as this may require technical investigation.

Our API key is correct
It seems there might be an issue with how our Zapier integration is interpreting the available credits, especially when it comes to carryover credits. Credits do roll over in Clay, but the Zapier integration may not be accurately reflecting this. To troubleshoot this issue, we need to verify a few more things: 1. Check your current credit balance in Clay to confirm you indeed have available credits. 2. Review the specific table and workspace settings in your Zapier action to ensure they're correctly configured. Can you please check your current credit balance in Clay and let me know what it shows? This will help us determine if it's a credit balance issue or an integration problem.

This issue may be related to how our credit rollover system works. While Clay allows unused credits to roll over and accumulate up to 2x your plan's credit limit, it seems the Zapier integration may not be properly recognizing these accumulated credits. Since this appears to be a technical integration issue where Zapier isn't correctly interpreting your available credit balance, you'll need to request human support for further investigation and resolution. Please explicitly ask for a human agent in this conversation to help troubleshoot the integration.
