Issue with Find Recent Posts Feature on LinkedIn

·
·

“Find recent posts” = buggy/ broken? 😠 I also just confirmed this with another user who has the same issue. The “find recent posts” feature almost never returns anything, even for people that post regularly on LinkedIN. See for example the screenshot attached. I used the enrichment with profiles that post a lot and have quite many followers. But Clay does not find anything most of the time. Check for example: https://www.linkedin.com/in/reuvencohen/ (33k, followers, posts regulary) https://www.linkedin.com/in/moritzheininger/ (14k followers, I post at least 3 times per week) Here is the table I used: https://app.clay.com/shared-table/share_5Rrzv7kScpHJ Am I doing something wrong? 🤔 P.S: I posted this first in the community channel, but I think this may be an actual bug Clay S.

Hey there Moritz thanks for reaching out and thanks for bringing this up, this is something that occurs when the integration runs, since Clay never actually "logins" into LinkedIn to find these post, so this is why they are missed when the integration runs. Its a top priority across the company right now to make this integration more accurate and we're working towards a number of solutions to fix this problem. In addition to working closely with our existing data partners to see where there may be gaps, we're also engaging net new partners and working to include them in our data pipeline

Hi, thanks so much for the answer. Ok, so the integration is not “smooth” yet and it may work for some profiles but not for others. Great that this is a priority on your roadmap because being able to refer to someones LinkedIN posts is quite powerful. Thanks !
