Switch from Monthly to Yearly Plan & Upgrade Tiers: Is it possible?

It's fantastic. If we're  on monthly can we switch to yearly on a different tier?

    Varun A. were on a monthly plan and have credits left. If we buy a yearly plan we will keep the unused credits and have the yearly credits added as well?
