You should add some credits to your account on open AI so that you can pay for your usage

It gets stuck between queued and retrying, I know chatGPT works because the previous column is using it for regular AI enrichment and it works (assuming I dont hit me free limit)

Daniel K. The output schema is no longer in Claygent, but you can use the Use AI (chatgpt) integration, to force data into a schema now using "JSON mode", so you can first use Claygent, and then that to force into an output schema. let me know if you need additional help here

Mishti S. can Claygent work with a knowledge base that we provide (such as a set of PDFs)? In our AI workflow we currently use GPTs to research a company via the web and then reference a knowledge base about our company to determine the best message (intersection of what needs the company has and what we do). Alternatively we could add a downstream step from Claygent where the Claygent output is passed to a LLM with knowledge base.

John J. turn your customGPT into an assistant that you can access through the api. So first you let the agent do the research and then you use that output to make an HTTP request to your GPT assistant

Thanks for the suggestion Lanny H.! this is correct, John J., you can use the HTTP api to call the assistants API. Would an assistant solve your use case? Unfortunately, no way to give Claygent a knowledge base at this time, but a downstream step from claygent using some form of RAG could be possible in Clay, happy to try and help you figure this out
