๐Ÿ“– Great reads | Why Sculpted is pivoting from outbound to CRM enrichment | @here

Y'all remember the deliverability changes that hit last summer? Jacob T. does! "I logged into SmartLead to check on one of our top-performing clients who had consistently generated 1-2 leads daily. This time? Thousands of emails sent. Zero opens. Zero replies." Here's why he's pivoting towards transforming dusty CRMs into powerful, self-cleaning GTM engines โžก๏ธ (link)

Such a great read, thank you for sharing ! Congrats Jacob T. for the switch ! Out of curiosity, how do you price your different tiers ? I find it really hard to pinpoint the exact value of enrichment inside the CRM.

Thanks Pierre L.! I judge based on the value I've uncovered during discovery, but it's also kind of a gut feel and seeing what folks are willing to pay. I have a blended "module" system where I add different project service modules for upfront project payment, and then roll into hourly maintenance packages with overage fees etc. kind of like clay
