I'm really struggling to find the best prompt to find out where a company has legal entities around the world (office locations, etc.) Claygent brings back different results everytime and isn't always following the exact instructions of the prompt. Has anyone managed to find this information?
So I tried doing something similar with Claygent like you did a while back and ran into the same issues you did.
I found that the best workaround was using a LinkedIn Enrichment. The enrichment can return the locations that a company has. I found this this to be more accurate then Claygent, the only downside I had was whether not a LinkedIn profile page will actually lists all the locations of the company.
Yeah 💯 . When a company is global, they usually have multiple linkedin pages for each location, so it's also not always accurate. I just found a prompt with Claygent that's finally working. Although I'm skeptical if it will always be accurate
You could try comparing the results of the LinkedIn Enrichment and Claygent and see how much overlap they contain. When I did my testing that was the method I used.
Something like https://knowyourcustomer.com/ has APIs to map out the corporate structures of companies (parents and subs). It integrates into a bunch of global corporate registries to figure it out. It's really not cheap, but it works and could be used in conjunction with Clay.
