⚡️ GTM Engineer — Light Labs (Austin, in office) Clay community — we’re hiring a GTM Engineer to build the growth engine behind Light Labs, the modern platform for lab testing. The problem: lab testing today is slow, expensive, and locked in static PDFs. Even consumer brands that want to be transparent struggle to interpret results, comply with regulations, or communicate clearly with customers. What we’re building: Light Labs combines faster, more affordable lab testing with software that turns results into structured data brands can use to automate regulatory compliance (Prop 65, California AB 899, Amazon testing requirements) and clearly show customers what’s in — and not in — their products, directly on product pages. Traction: $5M+ run rate within ~12 months of launching Backed by: 8VC + Valor The role: go-to-market is treated as an engineering problem here. You’ll own pipeline generation end-to-end — building systems that make growth measurable, repeatable, and compounding across inbound and outbound:
Clay workflows (sourcing, enrichment, deduping, scoring, prioritization)
HubSpot architecture (objects, lifecycle stages, routing, automations, reporting)
Integrations via APIs, webhooks, automation (Zapier/Make), and lightweight code (SQL/Python)
Product usage → activation and expansion signals (land-and-expand, usage-based)
Rapid experiments that ship — and killing what doesn’t work
You: strong SQL and Python, comfortable with data modeling and integrations, builder mindset, high judgment on build vs buy, thrives in high-velocity environments. 📍 Austin, Texas (in office, five days per week) To apply, email vijay+clay@lightlabs.com and share why you'd be a good fit!
