Is there a way to find Meta ads analytics of a company using serper or claygent or any other cheap tool? (semrush and similar web are too expensive)

Hey Guys, ran first few campaigns on Hypertide inbox for my new client - and surprisingly got 0% Reply rate on multiple campaigns. When I tried tracking open rates(i know it's not accurate), but it's <10%. I already did inbox placement test and it says 100% deliverability. Do anyone knows what issue it might be?
