Yes, that’s exactly what I was trying to achieve.
One quick clarification: with the Round Robin setup, is there a way to exclude the contact’s own name from being assigned as their colleague?
For example, making sure Tommy doesn’t get “Tommy” as the assigned colleague but only the other people in the company.
If that’s possible, it would solve my use case perfectly.
