Can you do an "ALL ROWS" SOQL query? i.e. Query for Tasks that are Archived?
Nevermind, answered my own question. I was using the URL field rather than String

The "Lookup Record in Salesforce" action is not working properly. Companies that are in our Salesforce and have identical URLs are showing up as "No records found"
