🚀 Growth Operator - B2B Outbound Systems

We're a go-to-market agency helping B2B SaaS startups generate pipeline through outbound campaigns. Looking for a systems-minded operator to handle campaign execution.
What You'll Do
Build prospect lists, manage email/LinkedIn campaigns, monitor deliverability, handle CRM workflows, and create performance reports.
What We Need
- Experience with outbound ops or growth agencies
- Familiar with Clay, Instantly, HeyReach, Lemlist, Make, HubSpot/Pipedrive or any CRM management
- Detail-oriented and self-managed
- Fluent in English, Spanish is good to have
- Preferably based in LATAM (timezone alignment)
- Bonus: B2B SaaS experience
