Hello Natalie! Yes, it happened to the same table. Twice, instead of two rows, fifty were added to the table.
You got it correctly. Additionally sometimes a source adds unexpected amount of rows to a table and that have been reported by my colleagues too.

Thank you! But I can handle that by myself.
I have created a new company table, add two leads to the leads table (without any job title exclusions) and then I have got an error again. So I can't add new leads any more.
It does not make any difference
