Scheduling Weekly Table Runs: Questions on Activation and Days

Hey Team, Quick Questions:

If the table is turned off but a schedule has been set:

Will it still run if it is set to run weekly?

Additionally can we schedule to run a table on a specific days of a week.

We want to run it Monday every week

Why Do Formulas Stop Working After 200 Rows?

Hello Team, Is there any reason that formulas stop working after running a certain number of rows? as a Context I added a formula to clean up some Phone and Mobile number but it suddenly stopped working after 200 rows.
