Reaching out to see if anyone has built a workflow to capture, qualify, and activate high-intent buying signals in a structured way.
Here's what I'm trying to do, set up a system that catches various types of signals relevant to a company, running it maybe twice a month so my client can reach out at exactly the right moment.
What I've built so far: I've integrated Parallel inside Clay and structured the research into several signal categories, which has been good, except I keep catching intel that's either too old or not relevant. Some signals are recent, sure, but the inconsistency is the problem, plus since Parallel does a good amount of research, the amount of signals is too overwhelming to validate as well (I built a claude agent to validate all the signals)
If anyone has built something similar, I'd love to hear from you. Happy to hop on a quick call if possible, just to get a sense of whether I'm heading in the right direction or if there's something I should be doing differently.
