Our Clay setup is currently under the account registered with himanshis@sprinto.com. We’ve built workflows, connected apps to automate processes, and added a few users to this account for their respective use cases (screenshot attached for reference).
The concern now is that the owner of this email ID is leaving the organization. Could you please clarify the feasible options here?
Can we retain the same Clay account by changing the primary email ID?
Alternatively, is it possible to migrate all existing workflows, connections, and configurations to a different Clay account?
We’d like to ensure there’s no loss of the work already built in Clay. Please let us know the best way forward.
