Your filter isn’t working properly. I’m filtering the email column using “is not empty,” but it returns “No matching rows found” even though there are rows with emails. Can someone please check?

Clay is super slow. Did hard refresh but it is still the same.

I’m about to log out, and I still haven't received any response. How long does it actually take for someone to reply, 24 to 48 hours? Whenever I follow up via email or Slack, I’m told to keep everything in one message, but even when I do that, I'm still ignored. It's really frustrating to be left hanging like this with no clear timeline or acknowledgment.

Clay S., Siya V. Can someone please check your backend? I have removed tables/workbooks that's already 30k - 50k rows and it still says I exceeded the limit and your table is loading very slow. It's just 576 rows but it's not loading properly (please see the screenshot)
