Title: B2B Content Writer, GTM
Role in one line: You let internet know we exists by publishing content for us and our clients.
Salary range — 500 USD / per month / per client - depending on the experience, we close their content calendar two-weekly or monthly.
Part-time or full-time — part-time, 20 hours to fulltime, as we grow - really you manage your time, yourself.
Location + timezone — remote - Main timezone sydney Australia - flexible. No client facing at this stage for you.
Mission:
For us: turn Growth and GTM expertise into content that drives pipeline, not just traffic
For our client: Turn their offers/services to content that contributes to the success of their cold email outreach
Responsibilities:
→ Write ToFu hooks (LinkedIn posts, newsletter openers, hot takes) - your Hook game is on!
→ Write MoFu assets (playbooks, frameworks, “how we did X” breakdowns)
→ Write BoFu proof (case studies, results write-ups, comparison pages) - we have a ton of stuff that can be polished and published!
→ Interview clients/SMEs to extract real outcomes and turn them into narrative
→ Adapt tone per channel (LinkedIn vs blog vs email vs deck copy)
→ Measuring effectiveness of content, the same way you measure …. [the thing you care about]. I’m not putting that in public post here!
Must-haves
→ 2+ years writing B2B or Growth/ GTM /RevOps content
→ Can show funnel-stage range in portfolio, not just one type of piece
→ Comfortable with sales/marketing tools, not just “tech-adjacent” - You can automate stuff, but whatever you create needs to pass “Im not AI test”!!!
→ Fast turnaround, works from bullet notes/calls, not needing a full brief every time
Nice-to-haves
→ Experience writing for an agency serving multiple clients/voices
→ Experience with or intrest in financial sector - not a priority as I have years of banking and consulting
