I forced run on all cells + click Ctrl + Shift + R and the limits of my OpenAI tier for the model GPT 5 Mini are "4.000.000 TPM" - its still running the enrichments
I'm not concerned with the "Run condition not met", I designed it to be like this, my issue is with the cells that have been runing for more than 1 hour and they don't output any result. I can't understand why this is happening
