Request for Earlier Renewal Time for Clay Credits

I just checked when my credits renew and it's not until 8 p.m. CET. It would be awesome to get credits after 12 a.m. rather than having to wait another business day. Learning I have to wait till 8 p.m. CET for Clay Credits...

Improving Confidence in Find People Feature Results

Hey Team, I wanted to try the Find People feature since Apollo was yielding very little. The problem is, I don't know where Clay found a list of Klarna employees (1,285) when Klarna is not one of the Companies I had on my list. Issue with Overlapping Data in Company URL (2) Column

Troubleshooting Google Sheets Lookup and Update Issues

Hi Guys, I tried a few times on my own to no avail. In trying to use Lookup, Add, or Update Google Sheets, I was unable to determine what the Missing Input is. When i test with Add Row it says it was successful but I see no rows added to my spreadsheet. Ultimately I would like to have the Google Sheet filled with info from this table: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/134381/tables/t_2M88EsJWfvzC/views/gv_vsjMxqfkCoxZ In watching this video: https://www.loom.com/share/a0b1aae635ab43cda814aaab4542c5e8 , I didn't see the fields/columns that Patrick had access to. Issue with Email Data in Table: Need Help to Resolve Fill Problem

Hey Team! Not sure if this is a bug or just bad data but in this table 'm enriching people for Work Emails but receiving gmail, yahoo, and hotmail addresses. The drawback to this is that it's not filling in the column properly. I'm manually having to go through to see which is the "current_professional" email. I can't just fill the column with Email 1 for instance because Email 1 could be a personal email in another search/enrichment. Maybe there's a formula to fill cells with the sibling of >Email>"current_professional">Address? Thank you! 👻

Refining ICP Seniority for Targeted Email Eligibility Process

Hey Team! I have a column "Seniority of ICP" which has all the ICPs we would like to pursue. However, because it's broad e.g. "Director", it will also pick up "sales" which we don't want. The "Email Eligibility" column will check the first point then the next is ICP before moving to the next step. I would still like to keep the company in process if these titles do exist but not target the titles that came in. oooh, that sounds like an interesting way to solve this. so just to be clear, i would create a column to cross-match against previous LI URLs? If that's the case, i suppose i could create a master table and just upload co's there first but then it wouldn't be long before i hit the 50k row limit. how might i overcome that secondary hurdle? please and thank you Arturo!
