Adam M. - we accomplished this with Nooks AI Sequencer (not just the dialer) with these steps:
- 1.
Created a text field on the Contact called Add to Nooks Sequence
- 2.
Filled that in with a Sequence Name that we wanted it to go into
- 3.
Built an automation in Nooks that when a contact has Add to Nooks Sequence updated to the text that it adds it to a sequence
(I realized half way through writing this that you probably don't have Nooks AI Sequencer and just wanted it in the dialer, but figured I would finish the thought as we have been very pleased with their sequencer compared to Outreach or Gong Engage)
