I can’t seem to find the chat convo in-app for some reason..

But I won’t get an error using internal value for Industry properties

It’s clear from the screenshot that it wants the internal value. Once I normalize to the internal value instead of the label it just populates the internal value. So on an account it will say COMPUTER_SOFTWARE and not Computer Software and the property is always marked in red in HubSpot.

Clay outputs generic industries that doesn’t match what we have internally to 100% (we have 99% HubSpot standard), so I have another column normalizing them to be exactly the same values as the HubSpot properties. But I get this error.
