You don't want to keep the association with the old company.

If you have a limit of 1 contact associated to 1 company (which I wouls say it should be the case) It would not let you even create that new association...

I can use my use case:
I am using a Clay agent to contrast the contact record information in Hubspot (company & email) vs. their Linkedin profile to validate if a contact is still in the same company or not.
If the contact is in the same company no action is taken.
If the contact is in a new company I look for their new email address and update the contact in Hubspot.
The issue here is that I would need to remove the association with the old company in Hubspot and associate it to the new company. However Clay does not allow me to remove the association as I explained.
