Erica S. Thanks - located in Germany. But I don't believe permission is necessary, as we're speaking of credit check for companies, not individuals. Basically, I think Experian, D&B etc are providing this information and it would help us understand whether there is a any additional risk in doing business with this prospect, or if we should use special terms, e.g. prepayment etc.
