On instantly - have tried to get in touch with support, all i’m getting is: domains owned by instantly, you won’t be able to get them

Wondering best practices/trade-offs for domains. Do you set them up yourself normally, any pointers on cost vs time vs lock in PS on warmup – I had some serious case of sunk cost fallacy moving away from instantly as i purchased the domains there and can’t migrate them.
