Shields Outbound is a B2B lead generation agency currently managing outbound campaigns for 35+ active clients.
We’re hiring two experienced GTM Engineers to own the end-to-end execution of multiple client campaigns.
Fully Remote
US hours
What you’ll own:
ICP research, lead sourcing and scraping
Building enrichment and qualification workflows in Clay
Using AI Ark and similar AI tools for research and personalization
Writing cold-email copy and testing new angles
Preparing complete, campaign-ready lead lists
Managing workflows from initial research through campaign launch
You should have:
Strong experience with Clay
Experience building automated lead-generation workflows
A solid understanding of cold email, targeting and personalization
The ability to manage multiple client campaigns independently
Strong attention to detail and fast turnaround times
A proactive mindset - you identify problems and solve them without waiting for instructions
Compensation:
$2,500–$3,500+ monthly earning potential at a full client portfolio, based on workload and performance.
