A bit about me: I'm a Marketing grad who spent the past year in GTM operations at Fireblocks (digital asset infrastructure), building Clay enrichment workflows, running Salesforce and Snowflake data ops, and supporting live ABM and demand-gen campaigns across global regions. Mostly self-taught ā I learned Clay on the job and fell in love with the craft. I'm at an inflection point in my career: my contract is wrapping up and I'm actively looking for my next chapter. I want to grow deeper in the GTM and marketing space ā ideally a role where I can build systems, experiment with AI tools, and help a team punch above its weight. Two things I'd love from this community:
Advice ā for those further along in GTM engineering or marketing ops, what would you tell someone early in the journey trying to grow into it? What skills or moves made the biggest difference for you?
