Thank you. I assume the error rate was much higher than that as I removed a lot of contacts and still finding them. So it looks like they didn't work though it properly as job title would make a change within those people. Eg Yesterday I found person, who we mailed and instead of Marketing Director it was a Forklift Driver!
Thank you. Please keep me posted - do you know since when it was happening? as We used it a lot, so burned credits for bad data, but also now have it in the system, so need to work out how to locate those and delete.
