Ok so if I get it right: once it’s deduped by email, if I’ve more email duplicates coming from webhook, it won’t calculate all the other columns. Whereas if I keep it as it is with all duplicates, the formulas will work anytime there is a sync from webhook

Hi again, actually I’m scared that if I chech the auto-dedupe feature, then I lose my webinar counts and therefore the other columns counts. Because if suddenly I go from 5 row to just 1, won’t it change the count of webinars on the lookup multiple columns? Thanks again for your precious help

Quentin R. Brilliant thanks so much 😃 - I just applied the same formulas for all my columns and it seems more accurate indeed! Now if I understood well I can dedupe my rows based on user email maintaining all the aggregated scores visible as Michael A. said - right 🙂 ?

I’m referring to download counts, has contacted count, has rated count, has viewed count, has replayed count (For webinars, it’s fine as I want the count unique of webinars). I’m not sure how to use the formula length({COLUMN NAME}) : can you please tell me if what I’m doing in my screen record is ok?

Hi Michael A. Thanks a lot for your suggests that I’ve been trying today : I went for option A. Having a quick look at my last columns with COUNTA(), could you please tell me if these are properly written? Not sure if the countA take into account all the occurrences from the lookup results ... Seems like if “true”, then it counts 1 but in case there is more, it’s not counting - Am I correct? Maybe the Array length would be more effective? Thanks a lot!

My problem is that on clay the only way to countif or sumif is the enrichment lookup multiple rows if I’m not mistaken? Whereas I need to get the number of webinars occurrences for a same email address. It would look more like a pivot table on spreadsheet
