We had an offsite last week, which lead to slowness in our CS, we usually aim to resolve everything within 15 minutes of it being raised.
Your feedback is duly noted though, i’ve reflected it with the team as well, on note of the bounced emails, most would be soft bounces from other’s mailboxes being full or being throttled, these have no reputational outcome.
And once bounced they are removed from the pool, however,any follow up messages sent are sent from Google/Outlook as part of their delivery protocol.
Regarding the warmup as a whole, we’re restructuring the whole thing in the coming weeks to make it significantly better
