I've been building B2B companies since 2010. The last one was YouTeam (YC W18), a marketplace for hiring vetted engineers from agencies. Toptal acquired it in January 2025.
Now I'm building Alphie: we identify which companies are on your website right now, check them against your ICP, and get a qualified buyer talking to your team while they're still on the page + warm outbound if they leave. So yes, I think about inbound conversion and speed-to-lead all day, which is how I ended up here. On the side I invest through Orange Collective and Pioneer Fund, mostly YC companies.
