So much to say on this since Clay is not monolithic and you can run any mobile/phone data provider through it. Read Jacob T.’s blog here https://www.clay.com/blog/best-mobile-phone-data Leadmagic and Forager have the fewest wrong numbers. Some things have changed since he published that though. Some vendors have tanked. Others have popped up. Datagma has solid data as well. Those 3 should get you to 4-6% connect rates consistently. Upcell (16 credits but worth it) will get you to 8-10% connect rates. You can use your ZoomInfo license inside of Clay too, same for Cognism I believe. There are other tools for validation beyond this as well.

no - this is a bug. These are signals coming in quickly so lookup columns would not catch that a previous one existed. Also that's not even possible since lookup columns can only run on existing columns and I can't set signals to run lookups until a duplicate is already populated. Log this as a bug.
