this really isn’t a great response, if I may say so. I find it very hard to believe that your backend team doesn’t store any logs, because if something goes wrong that has meaningful impact — and of course that can always happen — any solid backend team would store logs in a database, simply out of their own interest. What you’re displaying here is only what the customer needs to see.
What I need, however, is the exact log for this one specific lead, and since this happened many weeks ago — September 18th, 2025 — my browser definitely won’t hold any information anymore. So I need you to create a ticket for your backend team with the exact data and come back to me once you have that log. I am very confident that you do have it; anything else would be highly questionable from an IT standpoint.
