I’m Mark M. from Austin, TX. I’m the Senior Digital Marketing Manager at MPulse Software, where we build CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software for manufacturers, hospitals, schools, and facilities teams.
A bit about us: we’ve been at this for 20+ years, work with 2,700+ customers worldwide (IKEA, Penn State, Northwell Health, Reed College to name a few), and we’re one of the only players in the CMMS space still offering perpetual licensing and on-premise deployment alongside cloud. Concurrent user pricing instead of per-seat is another piece we’re known for.
On the GTM side, I run SEO, paid search, content, and web optimization. Lately I’ve been deep in striking distance keyword work, competitive content gap analysis against the bigger names in our category, and figuring out how to get our pages cited by AI assistants (the llms.txt and AI crawler access rabbit hole has been a fun one).
