Okay I’ll try that. I also didn’t have an opt out link before in my emails so I now just added that. The opt out link is the only link I have in my emails.

This is great information, thank you! Regarding number 4 what would be considered HTML versus plain text? Aren’t all emails sent using plain text? I guess how can I tell if my email sequences are using plain text versus HTML?

Okay got it, that makes sense. I am also having trouble with the Merged column again in this table: I essentially want to have my "Merged Clay First Line" column to have the responses from the "College First Line Text Response" column and "Over 1 Year Opening Line Text Response" column if that makes sense. However, it's not pulling it correctly because the "Over 1 Year Opening Line Text Response" column has errors in it which I'm not sure why. Can you take a look again? Thank you!

This is the table I am looking at: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/481112/tables/t_yyMxZvfozVXr/views/gv_raTAjKoGut82 I am having trouble with the "College First Line" column. I thought I prompted it to take the "Recent University Text" column and find a relevant tradition associated to that relevant University and put it in the "College First Line" column. I also told the prompt that if the "Recent University" column is blank or contains NA don't run. However, I see a few Universities under the "Recent University" column that show University's but aren't running in the "College First Line" AI column. For example, row 17 which is Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology is not running along with row 19 which is Indiana Wesleyan University is not running. Can you please take a look and see why it says "Run Condition not met" under the "College First Line" column?
