Outbound Republic is hiring an Outbound Strategist (Remote, Part-Time to Start) We’re a GTM & outbound agency working with B2B clients across SaaS, services, and manufacturing. We run end-to-end lead generation campaigns using Clay, Instantly, and custom workflows. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of client campaigns, from strategy to execution. Responsibilities: • Leading outbound campaigns from start to finish: strategy, targeting, execution, reporting • Building smart workflows in Clay, enriching data, and refining targeting logic • Writing email copy • Managing client communication Skills Needed: • Fluent in Clay and comfortable working across tools like Apollo, Instantly (the more outbound tools you know, the better) • A strategic thinker who can also execute without hand-holding • Experienced in outbound lead generation and B2B copywriting 🌍 Remote role with European timezone overlap ⏱️ Part-time to start, with potential to grow 📬 Interested?
